Worthington admits he and Hollingsworth

rarely speak to each other as of late

Peter Worthington spoke with visiting Associate Director David Edison and admitted to him that he and Perry Hollingsworth have not spoken to each other for ‘quite a while’. Hollingsworth is on leave and is returning 10 July. “After Perry scolded the leaders of the Assembly of CyberGuards early in February about what they were writing about and their subjects of dating, social, and even sexual lives was ‘indecent’.. Perry made them angry – resulting in losing 9 CyberGuards and forming their own Organization. “During the February meeting, Hollingsworth raised his voice to Jordan telling him ‘are you threatening me?..’ – that is what Danny Duran told me that following day in a meeting after the debacle.

It had terrible results. Perry apologized to them a few days later – but it was too late. The damaged had been done, and now their gone” said a very agitated Worthington. I remember a few days after that meeting that Perry was meeting with Jordan and trying to recant anything he said that offended or made Jordan angry. Jordan instead made plans to leave and managed to convince Ben Hollister to form his own company – and Hollister isn’t poor – he has almost 100 million net worth. It had grave results and a hard loss to us. It cost me 90 million (E) just to keep all 9 of them here until December 2026 – so add another loss of 90 million just to keep something we had here all the time. Since then, we rarely speak. I gave Perry a piece of my mind the day he scolded the Assembly’s leaders. We lost 4 of our top most prized CyberGuards – who had won a combined 133 awards in 10 years. Losing Mitch Jordan, Ben Hollister, and two other veterans with 24 years experience hit us very hard. I put the blame squarely on Perry and he knows it” continued an irate Worthington.

Edison – who is close to Perry said that Hollingsworth admitted guilt and was trying to ‘repair the damaged’ caused by his February meeting with the Assembly. “Perry already told me he made an grave error – and regrets scolding the top CyberGuards in the February meeting he had with them. But I never dreamed that it would have resulted in losing 9 of them – and Ben Hollister forming his own organization” said a very quiet Edison.

Worthington responded “Well it is very obvious Perry did not know how much influence Mitch Jordan had over Ben Hollister. After Ben was ‘outed’ last year – Jordan was the first person at his door step”.

Hollister won CyberGuard of the Year for 2025 this past December and said it was Mitch Jordan who persuaded him to make his own company and hire CyberGuards from inside of HW – him for one – and 7 other who were not happy with HW. Since then, Jordan and Perry have never been the same. What many CyberGuards are still in shock about is that Perry’s prime CyberGuard was Jordan. And Jordan and Perry have always been very close – until February 2026.
