BACKGROUND AND SUMMARY:

He has been quoted saying he has few friends socially and at his work facilities. Many CyberGuards consider him a ‘trouble maker’. Pacheco has been reprimanded and written up 10 times since 2014 – and suspended 5 times, most recently in June 2025 after being accused of ‘outing’ CyberGuard 34 Ben Hollister, and mostly for bullying Mitch Jordan and CyberGuard 29 (Roger Caballero) who he ‘despises’. He admits never liking CEO Peter Worthington nor his ‘mascot’ Perry either. After 2025, Pacheco said no longer dislikes Worthington and said he may have misjudged Worthington. He and Worthington are on ‘light speaking terms’. Pacheco is a mirrored (gay) male. He admits he likes CyberGuard Ben Hollister after disliking him for many years. He is quoted as saying he ‘intensely dislikes rich people’. Hollister is wealthy, while Pacheco says he is mostly poor. He gives most of his earnings to his parents in Argentina. He says his closest friends at work are CyberGuard 21 (De La Torre) and CyberGuard 6 (Paul Adams), and after 2025, he included Hollister. He also admitted being attracted to HW Doctor Mark Antonio Medina since 2017. Medina has dismissed most of Pacheco’s interests, but they remain cordial friends. UPDATE: Pacheco was fired on March 13 2026 but CyberGuard 34 Ben Hollister intervened to save his job. He was fired for ‘trying to get Ben Hollister drunk’ (Hollister does not drink alcohol) – all the while still under probation for outing Hollister in May 2025 and violating his 10 month probation. Hollister told both CEOs he forgave Pacheco and and is even interested in dating the man.

Pacheco says he favorite food is ribs and pizza. He drinks beer and wine but enjoys a Coke or a Fresca now and then. He says he has no mutual boyfriend.

Dr. Medina reported said Pacheco has a very high metabolism rate that prevents him from gaining weight. He weighs 150 pounds (at 6’1″). CyberGuard 15 Pacheco Writes Why He Loathes ‘Rich People’

CyberGuard 15 Hector Pacheco wrote on his personal blog that rich people are ‘truly disgusting’ to him.

Wrote Pacheco:

“Regular people might be lazy or corrupt – that can not be compared with the rich – they are lazier and even more corrupt. These rich buffoons never have to worry about where they are getting their next meal or paying their rent or mortgage. Right now – in 2026 about 1 percent of the people in the world – own 87 percent of the wealth around the world – the figure may vary from area to area – this tells you that they control practically everything. When our big boss – who now “owns” the WJG – Peter Worthington – was hired here at the old WJG – he didn’t even know how to operate a washer or even cook. He had everything done for him because of his ‘richness’ and prestige. I will admit he has changed and now he does everything for himself and he doesn’t have any ‘servants’ either. He does try to get along with people – like me – who have little or nothing. We do talk on light terms and he did convince my parents to finally accept me. I will give him a little credit for that. But most rich folk just don’t know anything about how it is to live a life from day to day with financial problems – like banks that screw us over with 25 percent interests rates when trying to get a credit card. OH, but if you give the bank your money those thieves give you 1 or 2 percent interest rates just for keeping your money there – and they immediately will lend it to some other dumb poor person. Banks might sound rich – but all the money they steal from people is tied up in borrowing to others – until the bank collapses and you get nothing back. And rich people – at least most of them – have NEVER WORKED A DAY IN THEIR LIVES. Really. Everything they have has been given to them by their rich families. Now. I needed to write this on my blog because people around here where I work – say that I ‘hate’ rich people – well. I have good reason for It. I know that a ‘rich’ guy is paying me right now – but Worthington is a little different. At least he has a little humility and believes in God”.

When CyberGuard 2 Mitch Jordan read his open blog he said “What he did NOT say was that Worthington actually fired him earlier this month, and another ‘rich guy’ saved his ass – Ben Hollister. Hollister convinced Worthington to keep him here and now Pacheco says he wants Hollister – who is rich – for a boyfriend??? Jeez, what hypocrisy!!! Pacheco read the comment and said “that sawed-off midget Jordan is in need of a good bed ramming”. “Too bad that Danny Duran is no long available for him” added Pacheco.
