CyberGuard Danny Duran Expresses His Remorse and Sadness
–
A common expression all over the world you will hear is that ‘life is short’
so that we must enjoy every minute of it. I don’t believe in wishes. I only believe in promises and in the deep trust I have in Dear God to keep me strong in Love, Trust, and Commitment. But I have to express my deep sadness I have for the people of this carnal world. I really do. I see so much hardship. So much hurt in their eyes. And I see so much evil being done to others that do not deserve to treated in that manner. But the most hurt I see in this world the hardness of the human heart that they would wait so long to forgive others. To accept others. And to open their hearts and find their way back to the road of salvation. I have seen it. I have witness it. Because it happened to me. Yes. It happens every day all over the world. How sons and daughters, mothers and fathers become estranged towards one another because of differences in their short lives. My mother and father didn’t speak to me since I was 17 years old. They abandoned me and told me I wasn’t welcomed in their homes. My grandmother also told me to leave. They said things to me that made me feel like dirt that sad day. I left to live in my car and never returned to the house. My whole family abandoned me for keeping secrets of my personal life. Just because they found gay magazines under my mattress. That was one of the worst days of my life. I returned from work with food for everyone, and everyone stared at me like I had committed a murder or something.

Now, I am 32 years. Even though my mother and father – including my grandmother finally accepted me and I was able to touch and hug them again since my 17th birthday – now they are all gone. My grandmother died yesterday, and she was the one that raised me since my birth up to my 16th birthday. My father died a few months ago. My mother died last year. And My little brother died 5 years ago. He was 14. What really hurts is all the time – 14 years – that was taken from us. Why? The hardness of the human heart. Why do we have to wait so long to heal and forgive one another – and accept one another. Is it really worth it to waste all those years – and then finally forgive and accept – and then there is no time left to enjoy it?? It makes me cry. All that time – Gone. When they finally say “I’m sorry I rejected you all those years. We cry and hug each other – and the next month, they’re gone. The bittersweet feelings it leaves me wanting to reach for my hard liquor, my cigarettes, and my marijuana – all that are part of my past. Instead, I cling to Dear God to heal me. And dry my tears. I have truly hated my life. I turned to anger, hate and evil after my family treated me like a leper. Since I was 17, I had been such a mean, evil person because my family rejected me – and I took it out on everyone else that actually cared for me. Now that God has opened my eyes, I have learned to let go of the hurt, but it still aches deep inside of me. Please. If anyone reads my words. Don’t wait until the end of time to forgive your friend. Your family, or even yourself. Do it now. Time waits for nobody. Enjoy your life by giving thanks to those who still love you. If you don’t have anyone – God will always love you despite your bitterness. It is us that digs that hole we can’t get out of. God saw my suffering and gave me a second chance. He will always be there for me. When I feel so sad and bitter, I reach out for God – instead of that bottle of liquor. That cigarette. I have to take care of my loved ones – that ones I still have. They are not my blood family. They are all gone now. But who said your family had to be blood-related? For me – it is the spiritual glue that holds me together with people who truly love me – and I will do anything for them that God will permit. Thank you Dear God. Thank you for drying my tears. – Your carnal soldier, Danny Duran.
